4th of july movement celebration
with Kiersten Jakobsen
04 & 05 july
Overview
The 4th of July is always an interesting holiday: long enough for one glorious summer day off, too short to travel anywhere far. As a result, we end up either staying home and repeating our workday patterns, or stepping out and wondering what to do with ourselves.
This year, join me at a little beach town in San Diego and spend time getting your sweat and organic food on with adventurous locals.
We will practice yoga and Pilates at a stunning studio blocks from the shore, then take in Southern California beach culture. And yes, we will jump in the Pacific. Unfortunately, it won’t be very cold. Families welcome.
When was the last time you had your feet in the sand? Shoes off, sunnies on. Let’s go.
